Tai-Chi-Chuan and Qi-Qong courses Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art considered “internal” and often exclusively consisting in a healthy gymnastics focusing on energy called “chi”. Qi Qong, traditional Chinese gymnastics and science of breath founded on knowledge and mastering of vital energy, joins slow movements, breathing exercises and concentration. Courses on every Thursday excluding school holidays at 19 at the Pom's.
