AN ENDLESS BEACH

The beach of Deauville is a rich tableau including legendary sites, symbols that are renowned worldwide, the skies painted by Dufy and Boudin, photos taken by the Seeberger brothers, by Robert Capa and many others. It is sporting feats in the tennis club, records broken in the Olympic Swimming pool, offshore regattas, long and bracing horse-back rides along the water’s edge.

The beach of Deauville is an extensive space lying between the sea and the Boulevard Cornuché, a space we also call the foreshore. History has determined that it will forever be a play area for bathers, holidaymakers, sportsmen and women.
